2017 Greater Clark County Rotary Auction & Rummage Sale

DONATION DROP OFFS 

  • Saturday, June 17th: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday, June 18th: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Monday, June 19th: Noon – 4:00pm
  • Tuesday, June 20th: Noon – 6:00pm
  • Wednesday, June 21st: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Thursday, June 22nd: 10:00am – 6:00pm

All items for sale at the Auction & Rummage Sale are donated.  These donations are sets set aside items all year long by many donors and are brought to us during our June drop- off period.  Everyone is encouraged to participate by donating items during our drop-off dates!

AUCTION & RUMMAGE SALE

  • When: Saturday, June 24, 2017
  • Where: Evergreen High School
  • Time: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM [No early birds please]

Schedule:

  • National Anthem: 7:55 AM
  • Auction & Rummage Sale Begins: 8:00 AM
  • Treasure Check Open: 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM
  • Raffle Drawing (For more information: 10:00 AM
  • Vehicles Allowed on Campus for Large Item Pickups: 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM
  • Auction Ends: 2:00 PM

 

Customers begin to assemble at the Evergreen High School entrances several hours before 8:00 AM, and wait eagerly for the last notes of the National Anthem.  As the music stops, the pursuit of unsurpassed bargains begins in each of the Auction & Rummage Sale’s 20 Departments that occupy almost every square foot of the school’s gymnasium.  Accepting both cash and credit cards, each Department is brimming with items for sale, and every sale made represents a customer’s contribution to the many worthy causes supported by the event’s revenues.

Note: If you are paying by credit card you will be asked to provide a valid drivers license for identification. We accept the following credit cards:
